"How To Get Started On The Lemon Juice Diet Like A Pro?"

When I first wanted to start on the Lemon Juice Diet, I was extremely fortunate to chance upon a very comprehensive blog by veteran Master Cleanser, Katie Jones. Katie is perhaps one of the nicest person I ever met for she painstakingly answered many of my Lemonade Diet related questions. In fact, I couldn’t have lost 13 pounds in 10 days if it wasn’t for her advice. She knows her stuff very well.

And to date she has helped over 16,000 members to get started on the Lemon Juice Diet through her newsletter, blog and her best-seller, Master Cleanse Insider.

If you’re new to the Lemon Juice Diet or for any reason, didn’t complete Lemon Juice Diet the last try, I strongly suggest you read Katie’s Master Cleanse Insider.

Katie lays out everything you need to start on the Lemon Juice Diet step-by-step. And unlike some complex advice given by other Master Cleansers, Katie’s system involves only 3 steps.

Briefly, here’s what I’ve learnt from Katie

Step 1: Preparation

First, you need to know what the recipe and ingredients needed. (You can easily find them on this site)

More importantly, preparation means getting your body to be accustomed to the new diet. The Lemon Juice Diet is a liquid diet which might prove to be a drastic change in your dietary habits, especially for big eaters.

To help you ease in easier, you can adopt the 3 days easing in menu to help you to adapt and focus your mind towards the successful completion of diet.

Step 2: Doing

The biggest challenge in following the Lemon Juice Diet is coping with hunger pangs. And the period that these pangs become intense happen in the first 3 days of the cleanse.

Most people are likely to quit during this period. But once you get through the first 3 days, you’ll no longer feel hungry or depleted all the time.  

Step 3: Finishing

When you completed the full 10 days Lemon Juice Diet, you are recommended to do a 3 days easing out menu. This is due to the fact that your body needs to adjust itself to the consumption of solid food again. By taking light and semi solid food, you will be able to “gear up” the digestive system when you start to revert back to your normal diet.
